Travel With Confidence

When you’re ready to travel again, we’re here to support you. Your safety has always been our top priority, which is why new physical distancing and cleaning measures have been put in place on all of our tours. Our new Travel with Confidence policy features new health and safety procedures from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, without taking away from having the time of your life. The policy will evolve as time goes on and as we continue to monitor local public health recommendations, but what won’t change is our commitment to keeping you safe as you explore our big, beautiful world

On site host

Our hosts are responsible for you having the time of your life, which includes keeping you safe and happy. With their local knowledge and 24/7 support, they will continue to do everything they can to ensure you enjoy your adventure in whatever way makes you most comfortable.

Smaller is better

Our groups have always been small (between 4 and 10 travellers) to encourage connections, access places overlooked by larger groups, and to give you plenty of personal space — even before physical distancing. We will continue to foster connections with newly created measures to keep you and everyone you meet safe.

Safer eating

Food is half the reason we travel and why we specifically run vegan holidays. We will continue to only include eating experiences on tour where good hygiene is maintained and restaurants are not overcrowded. Many of the restaurants we use are either open air, or open-sided (the front of the restaurants are open to the elements).

Where possible, at breakfast we’ll be switching to boxed up vegan provisions so you can eat when and how you want, and away from the busier hotel facilities.

Your own room

Everyone on our small group holidays gets their own room, which under the present circumstances means greater control over your environment. We’ve requested that our hotels perform a thorough clean before your arrival, and then not to enter your room again until after your departure unless you specifically request it.

Sleep soundly

We have always selected our accommodation partners carefully and now we are working with them to create new procedures to further protect your health and safety. Because we travel in small groups, we stay at smaller hotels — which means fewer guests. Not only does this give you the opportunity to spend quality time with your fellow travellers, but you’ll come in contact with fewer people, too.

No quibble refunds

If the trip is unable to go ahead due to Foreign Office Guidance, we’ll give you a no quibble refund within 2 weeks of cancellation or 10% off if you transfer to another date or destination. Whichever is your preference.
